Protein Shakes and Bars
A great simple delicious start to your day - a vanilla protein shake blended with a banana and about 5 frozen strawberries. It gives you the right mix of protein and carbs . I find that nutritional bars , those with the proper mix of protein and carbs, make a good mid morning meal or lunch. Try for 6 meals a day and drink plenty of water.

tap water in Los Angeles is as clean as any bottled water You'll object because of the clorine
try this
let a glass of tap water stand for 10-15 minutes then drink
I can't tell the difference between arrowhead and tap once the clorine evaporates off
if you challenge this concept you haven't actually tried it
LA water is not well water
upon waking the most important way to start is by drinking water
you spewnt 6-8 hours without a sip
you're dehydrated!
coffee & orange juice are flavors of water
this is common breakfast drinking in north america
melons such as cantelope are the same
